えふやん debuted on Nico with his マイクラで新世界の神となる (Become the God of the New World in Minecraft) series. He is known for his Minecraft skin (see above), his “Hsssss” tic and his tendency to cut out the entire building process of some of his creations, skipping straight to the finished structure.
In 2013, えふやん started a travel series, ぼくらは新世界で旅をする (We journey in the New World), with three of his friends あうろん (auron), ろー (rou) and cool武士 (kurubushi). The series follows the adventures of the men as they take a 3-day trip around Kanto, procuring ingredients from each prefecture in order to complete a “Kanto nabe“, or hot pot.
えふやん’s videos are notable for their excellent editing, with the travel series even featuring full opening and ending themes.
